TEXT 1: ISABEL AND MARK

1-4) Read the text and answer the questions. (leer el texto. contestar las preguntas.)

5) Underline the VERBS in the texts. Classify them like this:
     (subrayar los verbos y clasificarlos.)

   

HABITS (permanent situations, they use “usually”, "sometimes", etc.)

ACTIONS (temporary situations, they use “This morning”, “Now.., etc.)

                        

TIP!  Write down the rule in your folder. (copiar la regla de uso en la carpeta.)
When we describe HABITS , we use the PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE.
When we describe ACTIONS, we use the PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE.


TEXT  2,  LEO

Read about Leo, an 18 year old boy. Write the verbs in brackets in the correct verb tense.
(leer el texto sobre Leo, escribir los verbos entre paréntesis en el tiempo verbal correcto. Tener en cuenta la regla estudiada más arriba.)


WRITING. Now, it's your turn. What do you do every day?  What do you do on special days? Write a short paragraph. 
(¿Qué cosas haces en un día normal? ¿Cúales otras haces en un día especial? Escribe un párrafo de no menos de 5 renglones.)
